Dear Manager of Dolan Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric & Remodeling,
I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by your company in repairing my American Standard house-heater. I was truly impressed with the promptness and professionalism exhibited by your staff, particularly Claudia and Jan. On Friday, December 8, 2023, at approximately 9:00 am, I reached out to Dolan for assistance. Claudia, who answered my call, immediately grasped the urgency of my request, considering the frigid weather conditions we were experiencing. Just an hour later, she called me back to inform me that a service technician would be dispatched to my residence on the same day, between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm. True to their word, at exactly 11:00 am, Jan, the assigned service person, arrived at my doorstep. He promptly introduced himself and proceeded to meticulously examine the heater unit and condensate lines for a duration of 2 ½ hours. It was during this examination that Jan identified a faulty circuit board as the root cause of the issue. He assured me that he would check his truck to see if he had a replacement circuit board available.
To my delight, Jan returned shortly after with a brand new circuit board from
American Standard in his possession. He swiftly replaced the faulty board and
took the time to show me the visible damage on the previous one. I must say,
I am incredibly pleased with the level of service provided by Dolan Plumbing,
Heating, Cooling, Electric & Remodeling.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Claudia, Jan, and the entire
team for their exceptional work. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is
truly commendable. Thank you for a job well done.
